Morning: 06:00 (am) – 07:00 (am)
Noon: 12:00-13:00 (pm)
Evening: 17:00-19:00 (pm)

During weekend/Holidays:

Morning: 06:00 (am) – 07:00 (am)
Noon: 12:00-13:00 (pm)
Evening: 17:00-19:00 (pm)

Note:

No More than one person may visit a patient at any one time.
Nurse Managers at Gisenyi Hospital are authorized to use their discretion at all times in relation to accommodating specific visiting requests while safeguarding the needs and interests of all the patients under their care.

For Infection Prevention Control reasons Children (i.e. Under 14 years) are not allowed to visit the hospital.

In the event that the Hospital or a specific ward/unit is experiencing an infection outbreak or potential outbreak, the Hospital will issue a No Visiting Order.
Only essential visiting pre-arranged with a Ward Manager will be authorized during this time.

Visiting in the Emergency Department is restricted. Please ask a member of the Nursing Staff.

Visiting in the Critical Care Areas is restricted to close family members for short periods of time only.

This includes the following Wards/ Units:

• Neonatology Intensive Care Service
• Pediatric Intensive Care
• Post Anesthesia Care
